Your trust highlights
A DBS check is optional. If you provide a valid check and it is reviewed, your public quotes will show a highlighted “DBS checked” badge.
Verification centre
Identity verification is required to activate your cleaning professional profile. Insurance, DBS and business checks add trust highlights where applicable. Documents are stored privately and are not shown to customers.
Identity and Right to Work must both be verified before your profile becomes active. Home Office share-code checks use the official employer service. British/Irish citizens use the appropriate document or digital identity route.
My Earnings
Cleared jobs become available after completion. Request payout whenever you like, or leave earnings to be queued automatically on the last Friday of the month. Once a payout is requested, it usually arrives in your bank within 1–3 business days.
Payout history
Each payout can contain one or several completed jobs. Open a payout to view or print its consolidated statement.
Your availability
Set the days and hours you normally accept cleaning work. Customers can see these working windows without seeing your private contact details.
